It's desperate times when something bad happens and all you need is someone, a shoulder, a simple understanding voice to be there and comfort you. I've been so used to dealing with my personal problems by myself that I've kept the world out when it comes to helping.

When people ask whats wrong, I smile and shake my head, because I've grown up to learn that all I can depend on is me and my problems are just their extra baggage.I always try not to inconvience anyone. I'm weak like that....

I've learnt many things tonight as I get through this unpleasant patch of the week.

Love makes you do stupid things. It makes you worry, makes you weak but most importantly it makes you understand just how much the other half means. It has the ability to reduce you down to tears the moment you hear their voice.

Friends come and go, but they will always worry, show concern and be there for you at the ready because noone likes to be alone. I thank those, that call or message me just to let me know a little part of them cares.

I'm going to close my eyes now and think of all the people that care and love me instead of throwing myself into a hole and hiding myself from the world.

So today we did our first local anesthetics injection into each others toes in clinic.

I must admit the thought of me jabbing a 2 inch needle into someones flesh didn't sound appealing at first, but then realized that receiving an injection was 10 times worse...

Its so troublesome when theres three different facilitators zig zagging across the clinic and telling you different techniques when all you want to do was jab the stupid thing and get it over and done with. I held my breath the entire time i pressed down on the needle and Steph would occasionally breathe in deeply from the pain I was causing her.

We both struggled with trying to tap air bubbles out of the syringe and after ten minutes of furiously tapping on the needle we gave up and hunted down a facilitator who raised the air bubble in one tap. fail to inexperiencedness =(

anyway its 9pm and 5 hours after injections my toe is still numb a bit swollen. I've resorted to redirecting all my pressures to the lateral side of my foot when I walk and constantly look like I'm a old limping asian =(

hope it improves tomorrow.

and go through this whole process again next week =(

Why is it always that, when university starts, your either super busy or super bored.

I've noticed a rather displeasing trend lately of how I go about my day during a normal university day.

it goes something like :

wake up.

goto uni.

come home

plonk myself infront of the computer

facebook.

goto sleep.

and the cycle continues...

I really need to as one put it: " live life to the fullest" LOl.

I will certainly try. make a cake or something =P

发觉该闯世界的我不应该老是停在一个位置不走。

这次大胆的作风也是我对自己的挑战，去做从来没做过的事。

剪了头发，换了职业，该接受的责任也会越来越多的。

自己微弱的性格也绝对会受打击的。其实这次辞工也是抱着很大的勇气去做的。舍不得哪个简单普遍的咖啡店。舍不得哪里的每一个人。

tonight, i was out at crown, as i was walking back to the car, a Philippines girl asked me where the nearest telstra phone booth was, now this was like 11 at night so instead of telling her where the nearest phone booth was i happily lend her my mobile =)

so holidays are in full swing and I didn't think it'll be appropriate if through my day of procrastination i didn't at least blog a little about life and just continue to watch youtube and 131 and taiwan variety shows and whatever other sort of shit ive been watching and feel like a fat woman eating babies.

anyway so, i've only just downloaded itunes this year because i've been convinced ipods are overrated and getting one would totally ruin my good streak dispite that fact, i ended up getting one. anyway so itunes counts the number of times u listen to a song and right up on the top two of my playlist are:

the conclusion- i enjoy that 124 times played song. =)

have made many friends in uni and have restricted self from acting immature and stupid.

got up late, had a shower and hair wasn't completely dry which resulted in me tieing back my whole head of hair and my face sticking out like a pineapple.

got to work 15 minutes late with the bosses wife scolding slightly. fail melina.

working around in a frenzy and making HEAPS OF mistakes including almost dropping a whole bucketful of shaved carrots. fail again melina.

listening to cat-screech-like choir singers in the shopping centers even though its an ordinary Tuesday and no particular holiday meaning as holidays is already over. fail central management on shoddy programs in the center.

almost passing out from lack of sleep these few days T_T

and telling myself i'd sleep at 10 today and realising the time's already 11:30 and i'll probably be tired and late for work tomoro again

sigh...so its like 7.am in the morning, and after about a hour of constant tossing and turning in my bed I've decided to write out some thoughts as these thoughts are driving me to the point of insanity.

so... slept at 2am last night, exhausted all my possible human emotions and went to bed with my head in a frenzy. I really didn't think it would bother me this much, talk about it, get it over with and move on you know... but truths can rock you to the core. =| and to having realized lots of new realities i just.....i'm just.....

at this point in time i'm just holding in tears, because i cant let emotions get the better of me. I've always been too emotional about every little thing so i cant, i cant let it get to me.

its like, back in the days, when you weren't ready to let go of someone, you definatley weren't ready to get back in a relationship with somebody else. it wouldn't be fair, to you or to the other person.

but now, when you do think your ready... things change...emotions change. =|

I've never been able to look you in the eye because I've been scared to.

I've never been able to call you because i was scared to.

then last year, I've not been able to talk to you very much because you belonged to someone else.

and should I have been there for you more? should I've told you how I felt sooner? will things have turned out different?

I thought maybe the ways I looked at you back in the days would've told you how i felt.

I thought going to both school formals with you would've also told you how i felt.

I thought asking your friends about how you were doing, what you were doing would one day get back to your ears and you would know I was thinking about you just a little bit.

but things change...

anyway so i heard about this 3G mobile deal that i would love to share with all of yous. as i am nice and awesome. a friend of mine called up the 3g network and asked to have his plan renewed/upgraded. and the indian dude on the phone gavesss him an iphone on a $29 plan which is like 29 bucks per month for 24 months no extras, no nothing =)))
so i sharessss i sharesssss with all you, now everyone call 3G and abuse them till they hand over an iphone! =)

i've had just about enough hannanjifan now.
see, when i went to hainan i presumed they would have nainanjifan so in my 7 day trip i hunted down every food store and demanded for hainanjifan, little did i know it was acutally a singapore dish. so i was deprived for awhile, of nice food. and now im back, ive had it like 3 times already.
and getting sick of it X(

Ive also manage to bargin my way in the chinese markets for nice jimmy choo bags, nice marcjacob bags, nice lv wallets, nice gucci and prada sunnies all fake ofcourse. LOL.
i also managed to get myslf into so many crazy fights with people there its crazzzzzzy.

I bumped into some girl at the shops one day and she fully was like abusing me with exceptional chinese and all i did was look angryily at her and point to her and say "shenjingbing"
some old man that sold sausages for 1 yuan was convinced that i didnt pay him the 1 yuan and started screaming at me.
I asked the shop assistant how much this shirt was and she was like "35 yuan" and i was like "can i have it for 30" and she was like "put it back" and glared at me

anyway that is some of the experiencesss

last night went to asean ktv night with bhs people
sang alot of non asian songs and ONE jaychou song
amanda ended up loosing her dad for awhile,lol then she found him at 1 am Lol =P
we were the last ones to leave the place all the other rooms were empty
and alot of abcs singing lady gaga and s club 7 =P

not saying we didnt sing s club 7 and lady gaga and struggle to read out the words to PCD's=P
we got a platter of spingrolls, chick drumettes and chips.
which everyone kindly tucked in before the next song even finished.
i finished singing and turned back to the platter and all the spring rolls and chicken were gone.
i was left with some crazy sauce and overcooked chips.

no super junior sorry sorry song makes me, carrie and jono 3 sad asians.
the only korean song i can sing and not there
dissapointed.
some assian boy texted me at like 2 in the morning i was like LOL WTF AND IGNORED.
i've been ignoring alot of things lateley.
even though ignoring shit dont make them go away.
i'm just immature like that.

我很不喜欢现在没有目标的生活。

所以要给自己些可以十一月之前答到的目标。

1。多做些家务事。把花园整理一下。
2。学会好的锻炼习惯，多跟朋友们去gym.
3。去学怎么配酒，找个bartender 的工作。
4。每星期天尽量保持去教堂的习惯。好久都没去了，好像自己少了些什么。
5。每天做一件好事。
6。少熬夜，早起床。
7。把家里电脑安装好。
8。多认识些国内的朋友，回去后不孤独。
9。少买垃圾. 十一月会国，国内垃圾有多有好何必在这边浪费钱。

today, went to dinner with derek and upon deciding on the close hotpot place and the far hotpot place we decided to try the far one.
hotpot was jibbed
we didnt get shan zha with our icecream
we didnt get prawns and had to ask for it.
and the waitress was fob.

we walked back to dereks car parked next to the close hotpot place and saw lqj come out of hotpot and i loled and hid behind derek then went to TAB

so yesterday was epic LOL
had to goto EB games and buy my friend the latest starcraft game or someshit in return for a ride to a friends house.

knowing i'd probably wouldnt want to be alone last night, i headed off to a friends house and got comfort from lots of guy immaturity, lots of hugs and lots and lots of pizza then we all studied as exams looms and watched an epic jackie chan movie. surprisingly i'm feeling totally better. and not so sad about anything not worth me getting sad about =p

so i'm thrilled to find out that I'll be going to chinaland in november.
i'm pretty excited, since i've been stressed and tense at trivial things in life for the past few months. when i heard it was like a huge stone lifted off my shoulders and i could finally breathe a sigh of relief *sigh*

it'll be the escape i'm looking for and need.
and maybe find myself, and get to know myself a little better.
